Consultancy Service. Phone 911 PLAN clients can consult Computer Solutions on any aspect related to the operation of their computer system. Computer Solutions offers clients full system support, including software where applicable, together with advice and problem resolution. Hot Line Telephone Support. Phone 911 PLAN entitles the Client to telephonic Hot Line support on all items covered by the Plan. A technical person is available on a landline at all times. This means that when a problem is encountered you can call us and we will assist you to overcome the problem by phone. Our experience shows that over half the problems users face are overcome by telephonic diagnosis and resolution. Workshop and on-site services if required are at standard rates.
WORKSHOP 911 PLAN For the small business with older or more vulnerable systems. Vital if your work is dependent on computer availability, eg payrolls, accounts.

Workshop services If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, a specialist will call on you to attend to the problem or collect the equipment the same or next day. For immediate attention the item can be sent to our workshop. Not all problems can be solved immediately, but we will make every effort to ensure that the impact on your work is minimised. Should the fault need the replacement of parts, your Workshop 911 PLAN entitles you to parts and services at a discounted rate.
PREMIER 911 CLIENT SUPPORT PLAN For Small and Medium businesses with little or no in-house expertise, but fully dependent on computer systems for company operation. Regular visits from a computer specialist provide pre-emptive maintenance, and close contact helps your business keep in touch with technology and efficient use of your equipment.
In addition to the benefits of the Phone 911 PLAN and Workshop 911 PLAN, we offer the following:
Periodic inspection . We will inspect your equipment on site at predetermined intervals and do diagnostic tests and disk management services to ensure the smooth running of the system. Our trained consultant will check that the necessary computer housekeeping tasks including backup and virus protection are being adhered to. Parts on loan. Occasionally spares are not readily available and a delay is expected before repairs can be completed. For keyboards, mice, network cards, modems and other stock items we will provide a substitute whenever possible, to minimise the disruption of your work.
